Browser preorder and refunds

What you are reserving

One personal Pocket Taiwan World browser-edition pass, for supported desktop browsers. The early-bird price is NT$390 once, with a planned regular price of NT$490. No subscription is included.

The offer includes the launch destinations, guided chapters and recorded dialogue, plus fixes and improvements to the launch game. It does not include app-store unlocks, Steam keys, future paid expansions or unlimited AI conversation. Cross-platform ownership and progress transfer are not promised.

Delivery

This is future access. A delivery date has not been announced. Checkout receipts and email confirmation record and verify your reservation; they do not deliver paid browser play. We will notify your purchase email when paid browser play is available. The free Raohe night market remains separate.

Price and checkout

Pocket Taiwan is provided by Curtis Starkey. Direct Stripe checkouts use Stripe for payment processing. When checkout displays “Sold through Link,” Stripe’s Managed Payments service acts as merchant of record for the transaction and handles applicable indirect tax in its covered jurisdictions. Link provides payment receipts and transaction support; Pocket Taiwan provides the game and game support. The one-time Taiwan early-bird price is NT$390. The international base price is US$12.99. Eligible international buyers may choose a local currency at the exchange rate shown by Stripe, which includes a conversion fee. The listed prices include applicable tax; checkout shows the breakdown and final total. Your bank may convert that amount to your account currency or apply fees. Review the currency and final total in checkout before confirming.

Cancel before delivery

You may request a full refund before paid browser access is delivered. Email pockettaiwan.app@gmail.com from your purchase address with the order number. Do not send payment-card details. Refunding removes that order’s browser entitlement; it does not remove a separately owned app purchase. If you have another eligible browser order, that separate order still applies.

Stripe says refunds generally take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. Your bank controls any currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Reply to an activation email or contact pockettaiwan.app@gmail.com. Keep access to the email used at checkout; it is how we verify and restore the browser order.
